Approval Portal is operated by Faisal. Contact: info@faisalahmedllc.com. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Faisal; "you" means the organisation holding the account.
We provide software for collecting and recording client approvals of files. You create projects, upload file versions, invite reviewers by link, and export the resulting record.
We provide the service as it is described on this website. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service level agreement.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
You are responsible for who you send review links to. A review link is a secret URL: anyone holding it can open that project. You can revoke a link at any time and it stops working immediately.
The subscription is $25 per month per organisation, billed monthly in advance in USD. The trial is 7 days and does not require a card.
Prices may change. We will tell you before a change applies to you. If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel.
If a payment fails, we will keep your account working until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, creating new content stops, and reading and export continue.
You can cancel at any time from the Account page. Cancelling takes effect immediately and stops new projects, new uploads and new invitations.
Cancelling does not delete anything. You can still sign in, read your projects, download your files and export your records. See the refund policy for money.
Do not use the service to store or distribute unlawful material, to infringe someone else's rights, to attack or probe the service or other users, or to resell access without our agreement.
We may suspend an account that is doing any of those. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your records.
Your files and records remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display them in order to run the service for you.
You can export your records and download your files at any time, including after cancelling.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may end it by giving you 30 days' notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms. If we end it other than for a breach, we will refund any period you have paid for and not used.
Before the service ends for any reason, you will have a reasonable opportunity to export your records.
The service records approvals. It does not verify identity, and an approval recorded here is evidence of what happened in the software, not a legal determination of who agreed to what.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data beyond what our backups reasonably recover.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. We will tell you about a material change before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
