Refund policy

The short version
If you are within 14 days of a charge and you want your
money back, write to info@faisalahmedllc.com
and we will refund that charge in full. You do not have to give a reason.
The detail
- The 7-day trial needs no card, so there
is nothing to refund if you decide against it.
- Within 14 days of a charge: full refund of that
charge, on request, no reason needed.
- After 14 days: we do not refund the remainder of a
month as a matter of course. Cancel and you will not be charged again.
- If the service was unavailable for a significant part
of a period you paid for, write to us. We will deal with it fairly,
including a refund where that is the right answer.
- If we end your account other than for a breach of the
terms, we refund any period you have paid for and not used.
How to ask
Email info@faisalahmedllc.com from the
address on the account. We aim to reply within one business day and to
process an agreed refund within five business days. It is returned to the
card or account you paid from.
Cancelling stops future charges but is not itself a refund
request. If you want both, say so.
